The Growth and Development Business Analyst is vital to the execution and success of business planning, monitoring, reporting and development. The role is essential for delivering high-quality business analysis, reporting and supporting activities to all Growth and Development function activities. Including regular interaction with SYSTRA Group Paris HQ functions.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the execution of business planning, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure the successful delivery of Growth and Development strategic goals.
- Conduct high-quality data gathering, research, and business analysis to provide actionable insights for departmental activities.
- Liaise regularly with SYSTRA Group Paris HQ functions to ensure global alignment and compliance with quality requirements.
- Prepare accurate status reports, timelines, and resource allocation plans, tracking key metrics against established objectives.
- Collaborate with senior team members to review deliverables, ensuring all work products meet internal standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks or issues impacting delivery and proactively raise concerns to senior leadership for mitigation.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of processes within the Integrated Management System to support ongoing ISO performance.
- Propose innovative and practical solutions to business challenges by staying informed of industry practices and emerging trends.
- Assist in the documentation and preparation of Growth and Development materials, ensuring all information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain the company’s market-leading position.
About you:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Strong written and spoken French language skills to facilitate regular interaction and reporting with SYSTRA Group Paris HQ functions.
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to perform complex data gathering, research, and technical analysis to support business development and strategic planning.
- Reporting & Documentation: Proficiency in preparing high-quality business status reports, technical documents, and professional presentations for executive leadership.
- Strategic Project Support: Proven experience in monitoring and tracking project progress, resource allocation plans, and key metrics against organizational objectives.
- Risk Management: Skill in identifying potential risks or operational issues early and contributing to effective mitigation and troubleshooting solutions.
- Industry Standards & Quality: Solid understanding of industry practices and the ability to maintain compliance with quality requirements under the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Ability to propose creative yet practical solutions to business challenges and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse functional teams and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Technical Tool Aptitude: Proficiency in using modern business analysis tools, methodologies, and systems to streamline data processing and project tracking.
- Professional Alignment: Possession of, or willingness to obtain, industry-recognized status such as AIPM, CPEng, RPEQ, or NER, alongside a valid Construction Industry White Card.
